We are a Hungarian short-term rental management company with a variety of clients from individuals to investors, and properties both in Hungary and abroad. We believe that quality service can only be provided with in-house IT development. Besides our daily operation, we also created Hungary's first short-term apartment rental knowledge base, which we operate jointly with the largest Hungarian advocacy organisation in the industry, the Hungarian Association of Apartment Hosts.
Your personal host is Andrea, an engineer who travels a lot for work. She knows how important it is to relax after a long day. That's why she hosts apartments that she would also be happy to spend her time in after work or as a tourist.
When you book, we will send you a link to a very detailed guide which contains essential information about your stay and the apartment, and is complete with recommendations on things to do and places to go. If you need anything during your stay, you can reach us between 9 am and 10 pm every day in the chat here as a preferred channel of communication. If anything comes up that needs to be dealt with in person, a team of professionals are available to handle them.

This modern studio with a view over the Danube bank and the unique building project it is a part of offers everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It can sleep up to two people, has a lovely balcony, and comes with a private parking space in the building's underground garage. It is situated near the riverside overlooking Óbuda Island, the largest Danubian island in Budapest, which is the home of the international (and rightly famous) Sziget Festival every August.
周辺エリアの情報
The apartment is located on the Buda side in the 3rd district, very close to the Danube, right next to the island where the world-famous Sziget festival is organised every August. It's not a central area of the city, but it's well connected by public transport to places to explore. There's also a lot to discover in the vicinity, such as Római-part (a promenade along the Danube with bars, cafes and restaurants of all kinds) and the atmospheric main square of Óbuda, and the northern entrance to Margaret island is not far away either.
The building is part of Waterfront City, a large-scale project realised on a 5 hectare area next to Hajógyári Island on the original site of the former Óbuda Distillery. With preserving and renovating the old factory building, and adding a total of ten green-roofed residential buildings and a huge park area, the developers made sure it has a unique atmosphere and offers a welcoming environment.
