We are delighted to offer this accommodation to our guests with all the freedom and excitement of camping, but the luxury of a proper bed and quirky accommodation, we are extending the meadow areas so every year brings fresh flowers and herbs. Our Go Wild Kitchen offers various food options Thursday to Monday if you decide not to use your own facilities. Toilets and showers are a short walk, as is the outdoor cooking area and pizza oven. There is also a quaint bar onsite where you care able to sit and watch the stars. We love the fact we are right on the Koppany Valley hiking trails for a day out walking discovering the region.

KOPPANY VALLEY NATURE PARK has been left underdeveloped to encourage wildlife and fauna to develop naturally and nature has flourished. Sit quietly and you have an almost 100 % chance to observe wild animals such as red deer, roe deer and fox. …is a taste of ‘REAL HUNGARY’ with a chance to see wine press houses amongst the vineyards, the local apiary, houses hung with paprika and the passing horse and carts, Koppanyszanto almost feels like it’s part of a bygone age. Take a walk to the local shop or visit the kocsma (pub)/pizzeria and share a drink with the locals who have accepted us with such hospitality. There’s a playground, football field and stream for wearing out the kids or having a picnic. The church stand proud on the top of the hill overlooking the village and is definitely worth a visit. The bus will take you to nearby Tamasi to wander round the Deer Park, maybe take one of the walks, explore the town or visit the Thermal Spa. There are several villages festivals over the year where villagers come together and prepare food, eat, parade, dance, wear traditional outfits and drink wine. It is often possible to buy the wine direct from the farmers or the traditional hungarian palinka. Fonyod and Zarmadi are within a 35 minute drive for watersports, and the ferry across to Tihany. Budapest is within 90 minute drive.
