Kubu Shanti is an architecturally designed, stand alone home, unique to Gili Meno on the Southern end of the island. There is a soundbar so you can listen to your favourite music from your devices. You can cook in a well equipped kitchen, and relax in a spacious bedroom for two with plenty of storage and enjoy an open air bathroom with all amenities. A safe is also provided for your valuables. Included is a ceramic water dispenser for your daily drinking water, aluminium water bottles and stainless steel straws with an aim to keep plastic to a minimum. Free snorkelling gear and bicycles are also provided. If privacy and seclusion is what you are searching for then LOOK NO FURTHER! Gusde (Gus Day) is our on site manager who is loved by many visitors who have already had the pleasure to meet him. Gus... as we call him lives at the front of the property and is always there for anything you may need during your stay, but is also extremely mindful of your privacy. Kubu Shanti is situated on the southern end of the island, a true hideaway nestled amongst the singing birds and a few grazing cows. Though you feel a million miles away, you are only a short stroll or an easy bike ride (with complimentary bikes available) away from bars,restaurants and all Gili Meno has to offer. Meno is easily accessible from Bali and Lombok.I am happy to help organise your transfers with 48 hours notice as it can be a little overwhelming first time round. I suggest a one night stay in Bali as the fast boats only depart at 9am and 11am each morning. This can change due to the times of the year. Your trips consists of an hour and a half drive to Padang Bai then another hour and a half fast boat ride to Meno where Gus will meet you at the harbour on your arrival. A short half hour flight from Bali to Lombok is also an option. Please note your trip continues with an hour and a half drive to Bangsal harbour followed by a short local boat ride to the island. I can help you organise a driver if needed. Be mindful the last boat from Bangsal leaves at 5pm, so if you choose to fly make sure you allow enough travelling time including your return flight no earlier than 1pm
