Villa Kaira, my flagship villa, was completed in 2009 as a family home on the shores of the Indian Ocean and is named after my beautiful daughter. Introducing the magical and beautiful Aryana Estate located in fashionable Seminyak, at the very heart of Southern Bali’s main attractions and points of interest. Close to world class beaches, shopping, eating and nightlife with some of Asia’s best restaurants, bars and nightclubs offering great value for your money. Sitting on a massive lush green property, the Aryana Estate lies at the end of a quiet and serene laneway. Just a short walk away from the most popular hotspots in Bali such as Potato Head Beach Club, the W Hotel, and delicious Revolver Café. The estate is also close to Seminyak’s beautiful beaches and Indian Ocean as well as ‘Eat Street’ with all its restaurants to suit all tastes and ages (Bistrot, Ultimos, Chandi, etc). The likes of Sarong, Mamasan, Metis, Sardine, and La Lucciola are either just a close easy walk or very short car journey away. The airport is just a 30 minutes drive.
