Beautiful Luxury Villa designed by owner and famous German architect in Bali. Villa Amita is located in the private Gapura Vista, gated community which contains only 10 villas. The open design of the living and dining areas offer amazing views of the sea and the 25 meter long infinity main pool with its covered Bale area. The abundance of space makes accommodating a party of 10 a great experience for all. With our talented chef and warm house & garden staff as well as our Manager, no request is too difficult for them to accommodate.
The Bukit area in Nusa Dua is a beautifully quiet area, yet only 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the shops, restaurants and hotels of Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. There are also 3 golf courses within 15 minutes of Villa Amita. We have Pandawa Beach (Secret Beach) only 5 minutes by car from the Villa. The famous Uluwatu Temple and wonderfully entertaining Monkey Dance are only 20 min from the villa.

Construction work is processing on the adjacent plot of land 40m to the east of our villa. As we don’t have any control over when the construction starts or finishes and how loud it is, we are offering a 50% discount off of our existing rates with full understanding of the guests that there is and will be some noise disturbance.

(Therefore no compensation will be given, no cancellation will be accepted.)

Villa has a wonderful sound system that helps to drown out some of the noise.
