It soon became apparent that new owners desired their properties to be managed, not just from a maintenance and operational perspective, but also from a marketing and rental perspective, to provide income for the owners when not self occupied. Location wise, there are a few distinct areas in Bali for most tourists. Kuta is the most well known, but caters mainly for the 18-25’s set, letting their hair down. It tends to be busy and pretty noisy. Seminyak on the other hand, provides a more laid back offering, catering more for the over 25’s, as well as a more family oriented and perhaps more sophisticated alternative, with a plethora of boutiques for shopping and the full range and styles of restaurants, cafe’s or local warungs to satisfy any taste or budget.
