Villa Rockstar is a stunning luxury modern villa with an amazing view over Are Guling Bay completed in September 2022. You and your party will each get a fully air conditioned room with it's own en-suite bathroom. Every room in the villa has a sea view with large sliding glass doors. There are two massive living areas upstairs with balconies hardwood floors. We have a fully equipped kitchen, large double fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the gadgets you would expect. There are many workstations spread throughout the house. Internet speeds get up to 75mb with a mesh system installed. We have a 18-speaker music system installed if you want to go full Rockstar. Exclusive use of our modern infinity pool and pool house with a 200 m2 deck area, BBQ and garden and numerous chill out areas. You get on-site staff. A manager, security, cleaning staff and a chef on request. Staff have their own quarters away from the house giving you maximum privacy. Prepare to be amazed by the stunning views, it is just incredibly beautiful.

We are Max and Viera. In 2019 we came out to scout multiple locations to build our dream villa. After 10 days of looking at dozens of plots we found the spot where Villa Rockstar now stands. We feel incredibly privileged to have found such a fantastic location that we can share with our guests. When we are not in Lombok we reside in Prague and the Canary Islands with our 3 children.

Are Guling is in a large panoramic bay with coconut trees, sandy beaches and rolling waves. The sea is incredible aqua colour. Authentic lovely people will greet you and say hello with a genuine smile. There are numerous warungs and guest houses serving up cold drinks and local food. Find peace and tranquility with chirping birds, blue skies but if you would like a night out it is just a 10 minute drive to Kuta with its nightlife and restaurant options. Are Guling is a perfect location with other beaches such as Mawun, Tampah, Kuta and Selong Belanak in easy reach and a 40 minute ride from the International airport.
