It's very rare to have a property with a land of 1500 m2
Our property is maintaining all the time and following the reviews we improve each time that we have a recommandation from guests. Many guests appreciate a lot our professionnal staff who are in Villa Sipo as they are very professional and we have no turn over which is very important for a very good service
Our hobby is to test Villa Sipo as if we are guests by living in some days each quarter in order to be sure that Villa Sipo is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. We order also meals and it's also a good test. We want to do the best as we can
To be in a quiet environment but also at 200 meters from the main street with restaurants and shopping is very appreciated by our guests as also to be at 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.
