Beautiful big converted semi-d 5 bedroom bungalow (upr floor 3 Bedrooms, lower floor 2 Bedrooms).
Great for families.
The space-
This property has a lovely large open plan living area, with kitchen and large dining area, easily seats 8-10 ppl with chairs and benches. This area drops down to a big chill out lounge area with couches, armchairs, large coffee table, games, tv and large swing chair.
From here sliding doors open out to a big sun filled patio and back garden with a trampoline and lots of trees for privacy. There's a hammock in the trees for a relax in the shade (fits one adult or two kids). We've some kids bikes, one adult bike and a large green out the front, great for kids!
We have 5 bedrooms, upstairs a main double room with a king size bed. Two other rooms, one with bunk bed (option to leave as a play area under top bunk) and one with a single bed. We've toys and kids books upstairs too!
Downstairs we have one double bedroom with a large table to work on and a single bedroom with a desk and chair.
There are two bathrooms in the house with bath/showers.
There's washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, fridge & freezer. Lots of plants!

We are here to give you any tips during your stay about places of interest or to see in Dublin and are contactable throughout your trip. There's lots about the area below!
We are delighted to open up our home and begin hosting people visiting Dublin.
I work as a yoga teacher in different studios in Dublin and I'm also an artist. I worked in the RHA Gallery, Dublin for many years organising cultural and art tours and trips for groups nationally and internationally so if you need some tips I'm here! We also have lots of brochures in the house if you need ideas.
Myself and my husband also love music and have many instruments in the house if you wish to borrow a guitar and play piano. We also love to travel and seeing the world. I lived in New York and London for sometime when I was younger.
We're look forward to welcoming you to our Dublin home.
Very central and convenient for travel, with regular buses (2 mins walk away) to Dublin city centre with all it has to offer. Bus takes 20 mins to Dublin city ctr, also local buses to the seaside town of Malahide (20 mins on bus) with lots of restaurants, beaches and a castle and grounds.
There is a cinema, bowling alley and Leisureplex with arcade and pool tables 10 mins walk away from our house. There is also a local playground 10 mins walk.
We highly recommend a visit to beautiful St Anne's Park (Dublin's 2nd largest park) with gorgeous cafe, playground and large farmers/craft market every Saturday. This is a 20-25min walk or short cycle away.
We are close to Dublin airport (15-20 mins drive) with lots of taxis available (cost is about 16-20euro). A taxi driver lives next door also!
