We take pride in providing a first-class accommodation experience to every guest and count the large number of return guests as a testament to the quality service we provide.

Property information

Griffith Halls of Residence (GHR) student accommodation is purpose-built student accommodation open to any third-level learner in Dublin. Just 20 minutes walk from St. Stephen’s Green in Dublin’s city centre, GHR’s enviable central location is ideal for students studying at any of Dublin’s third level institutions. Our apartments are sensitively designed to complement and reflect the historical significance of the campus as a whole, while offering comfortable, modern living with 24-hour security for Residents. GHR student accommodation is built in two twin blocks which consist of 165 apartments and provide accommodation for over 660 students during the academic year and over the summer months. We also let our rooms to public guests for short-stay accommodation - welcoming tourists coming to Dublin from inside Ireland and further afield.

Neighbourhood information

Dublin 8 is a quiet, upmarket, primarily residential area of Dublin just 20 minutes walk from the centre of the city. There are multiple shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Several city buses going toward the centre and south Dublin stop right outside our campus.
