Stunning house, with 5 double bedrooms and large reception rooms, spacious fully equipped kitchen available to families or groups to truly enjoy your stay in Dublin. Within 10 minutes of Dublin City Centre, the house is situation behind automatic gates, creating an oasis of peace in a secure City Centre suburb. Exceptionally styled throughout, the house features a master suite to rival any 5 start hotel. 5 large double bedrooms (3 Ensuite) and a spa bathroom add to the splendor of this house.
A truly great neighborhood, about 10 minute drive from Dublin City Centre. Close to shops and amenities, a short stroll to the Clontarf promenade. The Dart station is 5 minutes walk and only 2 stops to City Centre. A quality bus connects corridor is at the end of a private gated driveway. Great local puns, shops and restaurants all walkable!
Private secure parking available for 3-4 cars behind electric gates. A Quality bus corridor is outside with buses to City Centre or Howth every few minutes. The local Dart station is 5 minutes away, allowing you to explore the Dublin coastline instantly.
