The luxury modern appartment is centrally located and walking distance to the lake Lough Derg, restaurants, pubs, shops, cafes, supermarket and the chruch. Shannon International Airport 35 minutes drive. Limerick city 25 minutes drive. One bedroom appartment, newly decorated. King bed, and walk in wardrobe. Open plan kitchen and living room. Kitchen fully equipped with, dishwasher, cooker, fridge and microwave. Smart TV and free Wifi. Desk space available for remote working. Enjoy the wonderful walks along the picturesque lake and mountains. Moylussa the highest mountain in Co Clare is less than a 5 miinutes drive. Lough Derg offers guided boat trips,aqua park, sailing, fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming and kayaking. Enjoy relaxing in the many quaint cafes. Browse the unique boutiques, health, art and craft shops.
