Right to Decline Bookings Trident Holiday Homes reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel a booking at any stage, including after the final payment has been received. We do not accept bookings where the purpose or nature of the stay is incompatible with the type or location of the property, or where it may impact the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of nearby residents. This includes—but is not limited to—bookings for workers, underage guests, third-party bookings, or reservations made by charities or similar organisations without full disclosure at the time of booking. If such information is not disclosed and the booking is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, and any advance payments will be forfeited. Furthermore, Trident Holiday Homes is not liable if a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternative accommodation or a full refund. However, no refund or liability will be provided if a guest is asked to vacate or chooses to leave before the end of their stay.

Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.3 is part of a cluster of seaside holiday homes collectively known as Grangewood Holiday Cottages, located in the heart of Rosslare Strand in County Wexford. Rosslare Strand is a popular seaside holiday destination located in Ireland’s Sunny South East and only a short drive from Rosslare Europort. Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.3 is a traditional style holiday cottage which enjoys a bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The country style kitchen is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday home in Ireland. This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: Open plan kitchen Living area with open fire and TV Dining area Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1 Family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower Outside this seaside holiday cottage is an enclosed lawned garden with patio area and a picnic table provided. Guests can enjoy the on-site facilities, which include an open park area and children’s playground at these seaside holiday homes. This is an extra for heating & electricity charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
