My name is Joseph Soffer, me and my wife Michelle running our guest house- 2 studios with private bathroom and balcony each.
We live under premises in a separate part and entrance of our huge garden flat apartment

Our property located in a very quiet street, in a residential area just off Rothschild Blv (100m) and the famous shopping street Sheinkin. We are also 15mn walk from Sarona food market, Habima Theater and main Concert hall of TLV.
Beach is 20min walk or by a direct bus to seashore.
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
