Designated smoking areas are available outdoors, i.e., Pool side, Balcony, Veranda etc Chewing Tobacco Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions. Upkeep Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Maximum Occupancy Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand. Damages & Breakages Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
