An author, strategist, leader, and innovator, I am also a CA, CMA, finance professional, and internal auditor. I have an honours degree in chemistry, and Oxford Brookes University in the UK has invited me to pursue a PhD in business strategy. Starting my career with a family-owned corporation, I later rose to the top levels in the Italian MNC ecosystem. I became a successful entrepreneur and am now a researcher, consultant, project director and mentor. Working alongside the academic industry and helping students are pursuits of passion. As a past president and six-time board member of one of the most prestigious Rotary Clubs in Western India, I have led community, youth service, fellowship, and administration projects. We have designed our homestay and Siolim to provide luxury, delight and value for money to our upmarket guests, experiences that they will find difficult to get in other orthodox and conventional locations in Goa. Our three-story property is situated in Guddem, a sleepy hamlet on the banks of the Chapora river in Siolim, North Goa.The two units are located on the first floor of a traditional yet modern North Goa home. The two are independent and are fronted by large verandas, which face the brilliantly blue Chapora River. The homestay is a 10 minute drive from the grand Siolim Church. Whilst the properties are near the Morjim, Vagator and Anjuna beaches, they are just 1 kilometer (15 minutes) away from the secluded and practically unknown Uddo Beach. You can swim and lounge on this beach without being disturbed by noisy tourists and annoying vendors. The homestay is proximal to several well-known cafes, restaurants and nightclubs, including the Amancio Bar and Restaurant 500 meters away and the expansive Thalassa Siolim. Sorro, the village pub, is just a couple of kilometres away. Each flat has a spacious veranda, a comfortable living room, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator. Each flat has powerful air conditioners, Wifi, and geysers in the bathrooms. Electrical kettles, toasters and induction heaters are available in each unit for making coffee and tea and cooking delicious meals. Guddem is brilliant for a great holiday; you can read quietly and listen to music on the veranda whilst the river flows by, sending you blankets of pure and energizing breeze. Internationally famous beach spots like Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim, Ashvem and Arambol are 10-15 minutes of driving time away. You can party in several restaurants, cafes and nightclubs, including the iconic Thalassa Siolim, where people dance away the night till the early hours of the morning. The neighborhood is absolutely safe and both men and women can move about till the wee hours of the morning without any safety concerns. There are two large supermarkets that stock all the items that you will need if you want to do a little bit of cooking at home. Numerous hotel complexes, fancy restaurants, and shacks are just 10 minutes away by car or two-wheeler.
