It's just 8 kms from Goa Airport and less than 7 minutes walking distance to the famous and beautiful Arossim beach. The property is close to Cansaulim market and famous restaurants. The beach offers privacy, the beautiful white sand to sit back and relax, as well as various fun filled water sports activities to enjoy.

Arossim beach is more peaceful than many other over-populated beach fronts in Goa. This is why it's attracting a lot of quality tourism in the area. The people are very hospitable and can mostly communicate in English. There are lots of beautiful portuguese style houses nearby. Absolutely no crime rate and beautiful & quiet scenic views all around.
