HOME TRUTHS - The turf is not accessible during the monsoon season.  - The location of the villa is secluded and hence guests are advised against venturing out during the evenings. - The property is available for family groups, all-male and friends’ groups are not allowed. - A prior intimation of at least 72 hours before check in is needed, for the guests to access the pool. - Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only.  POLICIES - A refundable security deposit of Rs 5,000 will be collected at the property. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
