The Apartment is located in B 7 Ground Floor South Extension part-2 the heart of south Delhi. in a very quit and clean neighborhood, close to Ansal plaza mall and popular shopping market like Lajpat nagar, sarojini nagar and INA market are just 10 mins. south extension market and METRO satiation is just walking distance from the apartment. Monuments like India gate, lotus temple, Red fort, qutub minar, Humanyus tomb, Akshardham Temple, Airport, Railway Station and ISBT etc are in a very close.
Hi, I am Praveen I am hosting this property . I like to hosting guests and I enjoy this work. You will receive a room key on arrival for the Room & Apartment .Please Treat the house as your own house not like hotel , guest house . if theirs's any issue arises let us know we will solve it very as soon as . Breakfast Timings is 8 Am. till 11:00 Am. Breakfast not include in room charge if take breakfast pay nominal charge. Note:- In Accordance to Indian law we will need to collect a copy of passport and Visa for Non -Indian guests. and ID for Indian guests.
Area is Packed full cafe's Bar & Beautiful parks. Extremely secure and posh neighborhood . very good market south extension part -2, just walking distance . very near to Delhi Heart 💓 which is Connaught place(C P),Delhi Hat , INA Market ,AIIMS and all historical places. Around my Home very Peaceful atmosphere, many big parks, markets, shopping Mall, Bar, Restaurant, Pub , Disco, Spa, Fitness center, Yoga classes , Swimming pools, Church, Temple , Mosque, Gurudwara , metro station, bus stop , taxi stand, Delhi Hat, INA Market, Lodhi Garden, CGO Complex, Tyagraj Stadium, Jawaharlal Lal Nehru Stadium, Firoz Sash Kotla Stadium, Rajghat, Pragti Maidan.. etc.
