In case you require it more frequently, exceptions can be made. - Smoking Outdoors Only: The Villa is strictly Non-Smoking. However, smoking is allowed outside in the balcony area where an ash tray is available. Parking Inside and outside the complex. I ensure that when my guests come and stay in my property, they are made to feel more than welcome and comfortable.
