Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Apartment located just 10 meters from the seafront to wake up feeling the sea breeze on your skin. Very comfortable and in an enviable position, the accommodation is ideal for your holidays in Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante, equipped with all the useful services. With short trips you can reach the center of Sestri (5 minutes by car, 10 by bus) or visit the nearby towns of the Gulf of Tigullio. Air conditioning included in the price. Located on the first floor of three of a typical Ligurian building, the apartment is reached after a flight of stairs and opens directly onto a living area kitchen / living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals: induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, dishes and kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table, a television, a sofa bed for two people and a washing machine that can be used for your laundry. You will then find the master bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Here there is also a second television. From the window you can enjoy the view directly of the sea. The bathroom is complete with toilet and shower. The house has WI-FI and AIR CONDITIONING. The apartment does not have private parking. It will therefore be necessary to use the public parking lots in the area. Pay attention to the parking disc zones and the days of the Riva market, in which you must not park in certain places. The bed and bathroom linen is rented from a certified linen company for each stay and is included in the price. Small and medium-sized animals are allowed with a supplement. For waste management you will be given a card to have access to the bins. PLEASE NOTE: The presence of stairs makes the apartment NOT suitable for elderly people and/or those with mobility difficulties, consider this before booking the accommodation.

The Riva Trigoso neighborhood is part of the city of Sestri Levante and is about two kilometers from the center. The excellent location of the accommodation allows you to have everything you need just a few meters away: in addition to the free equipped beaches or bathing establishments and the pleasant promenade along the seafront, you will find bars, excellent bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets , tobacconists, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. The train station is about one kilometer away, the apartment is therefore easily reachable even by those traveling by public transport. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are car parks which, depending on the time of year, may be free or for a fee.
