Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Apartment located in the center of Riva Trigoso, a 3-minute walk from the Riva Ponente beach and all services. Ideal place to visit Sestri Levante, whose center is about 3km away, and nearby towns such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Moneglia, Levanto, up to the Cinque Terre which are about an hour's journey away. Free WI-FI and the possibility of using a private on-site parking at an extra cost. The 110 square meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building of five, equipped with a lift. In the apartment you will find a large entrance that will take you to the corridor, around which there is the kitchen, the living room, the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and two balconies. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare, store and consume meals during your stay: in fact, there is a fridge and freezer, a gas hob, an electric oven, utensils, crockery and a nice dining table. The kitchen window overlooks a balcony where there are lines for drying clothes. In the cozy living room you will find two comfortable armchairs to relax and watch TV, and the window that leads to the terrace. The first bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe; the second bedroom consists of two separate single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers; the third and final bedroom has a single bed with a bridge wardrobe and a desk opposite. The newly renovated bathroom is complete with sanitary ware, shower and washing machine. The linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us based on the number of guests booked, and is included in the price. To throw the rubbish there are garbage cans under the house. There is NO air conditioning, but a fan and a penguin are available, however for the winter months the heating is shared with radiators. There is NO dishwasher in the kitchen.
