Beautiful house with spectacular views and infinity pool. Very private, no other guests or sharing anything. This is something else. Villa Vetteglia is built on a hilltop, the views are truly 360 degrees. 3 bed and 3 bath (beds 7/8 are on a comfortable pull out bed in the living room) The location is private and remote yet close to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Bagni di Lucca (for shopping) is 7km. About the location, it is on a asphalted mountain road, but see the pics before you make a booking :) Living room with TV (no cable or satellite, only DVD). There are 3 bedrooms. One with a big double bed, the others with single beds (that can be put side to side if wished) Also 3 bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink. Washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, gas cooker. Central heating in all rooms. Bed 7/8 is a double pull out bed with proper mattresses (160x200) and is in the living room. Outside area with infinity pool (8x4 meter, not heated) multiple terraces, 6 sun loungers at the pool and private carpark for 4 cars.

I'm an easy going guy that loves to travel adventurous. Australia, the US, Asia, I love to go there and see other cultures. The house in Italy is a place where i can truly relax, it feels like coming home every time i'm there. On average i'm in Partigliano 3 to 4 times a year. For the rest of the time my family and friends use the house or i rent it out, the guests that have been there in the past years have been wonderful, nice people.

The area is in the Lima Valley which is part of the Apuan Alps. It it a truly special area with lot's of animals. If you like hiking, there are countless walks to be done. From quite easy to proper mountain climbing. For the cultural side of things there is Lucca with its medieval wall around it that you can walk (or bike!) Pisa (easiest access by plane) Florence and Barga. Besides that there are many smaller villages to be explored. Montefegatesi one of them and is just a 10 minute drive and is famous for it's beautiful position on a mountain top and it's statue of Dante (you can walk / climb to the statue, leave your car outside the village as the road is too narrow to drive on) Bagni di Lucca and Fornoli both have a supermarket and some nice restaurants as places for take away pizza (20 minute drive from the house) On the way to Lucca is a very big Esselunga supermarket that has everything you could wish for. Very good fresh vegetable, fruit, meat and fish selection as well.
