The entrance opens onto a large living area with a spacious dining table for 6 people, a relaxation area with a 43" smart TV and a refreshment corner with coffee and tea available for guests. The spaces for conviviality and relaxation extend outside, with a large and private terrace furnished with a dining area and a relaxation area with pleasant chairs to swing on. The kitchen is separate, small but well equipped, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, linen and detergents, basic condiments. In the sleeping area, there is a first bedroom with a queen size bed, large wardrobe and bathroom with tub.  A comfortable staircase leads to the romantic second bedroom with queen size bed, large wardrobe, wooden ceiling and characteristic private bathroom with shower. You will appreciate this house for its central location but at the same time for the silence, the spaciousness of the living room and the terrace, the respective privacy of the rooms and, last but not least, the attention to detail and the decorations that I found in the markets and personally restored.

Hi, I'm Federica, originally from the Marche region and adopted by Bologna, a lover of travel, reading, dancing, my children and all those people, things and places that have a story to tell. This is also why I love dedicating myself to restoration and creative recovery and, when I have time, I like to learn some new small creative art. I appreciate good food and I like to cook and try typical food from different parts of the world. I'm always curious to visit different places and learn something new. A few years ago my husband and I started hosting in the family home and the satisfaction of doing so prompted me, over time, to completely change my working life and devote myself full time to tourist hospitality.
