Organic and regenerative farm, dedicated to the recovery and conservation of local grains and evolutionary populations, legumes, oilseeds, millet, buckwheat, bread and pasta.
There is a company shop selling our products on site, and the breakfasts are entirely made up of company products, those of other companies in the immediate area and organic/fair trade products. You will find for example: homemade bread, biscuits and desserts, depending on the season, local cured meats and cheeses, organic apple juice, eggs from our hens and our fruit and vegetables from the garden if available, goat's yoghurt from shepherd and our seeds to add, honey produced in our fields, jams, organic milk and fair trade coffee.
Our animals live free in our large garden: dogs, cats and chickens, as well as all the small animals that populate the biodiversity of the countryside: insects, lizards, water snakes, birds. Each is to be admired and respected.
The biolake is a riot of life, it is completely natural and therefore can be used by guests with attention and awareness, respecting all two forms of life and the other guests: it will be an unforgettable experience! Some small rules to respect when using the pond: caution is recommended when entering, as the steps may be slightly slippery, diving and bathing with sunscreens which would damage the balance are absolutely prohibited, access is absolutely prohibited to the phytopurification area., children can access the biolake in the bathing area only under the strict supervision and complete responsibility of an adult, taking care not to let them relieve themselves in the water, in compliance with hygiene.
Our fields and our work frame the farm, and we will be happy to tell you our story, to let you visit the farm and the fields and to let you experience some moments of our collaboration with the Earth.

There is no daily service in the rooms (the linen will be changed, on request, after the 4th night of the stay), and in summer we do not use air conditioning, to minimize the environmental impact. The entire structure is "TV free": the most beautiful sight to see is the nature that surrounds us and the villages of the area. We don't have WIFI, to minimize the presence of electromagnetic fields, but each room is equipped with a LAN cable with which you can navigate easily.
Animals are allowed, with respect for the farm and other guests, without paying a supplement, but it is necessary to report their presence at the time of booking. The owners will be held responsible for damage to property and people.
Our outdoor spaces are rustic, spontaneous and natural. You won't find English lawns or perfect hedges, but a riot of colours, scents and biodiversity.
Pampered by us, by our land, by our fields and by our animals, your stay will be a unique and regenerating experience, immersed in the serene nature of the Tuscan countryside.
