The house is on a hill in a pleasant panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the Valdichiana Aretina and the Castello Di Montecchio dating back to the ninth century.
The house consists of two independent apartments.
The ground floor apartment has two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a living room and a storage room.
The first floor apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room and a TV room.
Outside, in front of the house, the swimming pool has large spaces with sun loungers and umbrellas to relax in the sun in complete privacy.
