Our agritourism is surrounded by citrus plantations that in spring release the intoxicating scent of orange blossoms, and throughout the year offer colorful fruits, fresh juices, and homemade marmalades. In the park, you’ll find a swimming pool shaded by orange, mandarin, and lemon trees, with lounges and sunbeds for your relaxation, a play area for children, and quiet clearings where you can read a good book or enjoy a glass of local wine in peace. You can dine outdoors, under a tree or on the veranda, savoring typical dishes from our kitchen. We offer a dining room created from the old stables, a veranda with lounges, and two kitchens designed to meet the tastes of our guests. Just a short walk away is our Masseria Torre dello Zuvinu, with its historic buildings, watchtower, olive press, and a small rural museum.

Our accommodations are located on both banks of the Assi stream, surrounded by an unspoiled natural landscape that offers a unique stay in close contact with the land and its rhythms. Agriturismo Villa Vittoria and Masseria Torre Zuvinu are the two souls of our estate, connected by a scenic path through citrus groves and olive trees. The two sites are just 1400 meters apart—easily reachable in 4 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot, or comfortably by bike. Ours is a family story. Vittoria, together with her son Pasquale and grandchildren, passionately manages the farm and agritourism business, which also serves as an educational farm. After studying in Florence and working in Tuscany, Pasquale chose to return to Calabria to reconnect with his homeland, loved ones, and the authentic flavors of rural life. The idea of the agriturismo was born from the desire to share our knowledge, enhance the ancient buildings of the masseria, showcase our farm products, and celebrate the area's historical, artistic, and natural richness. Grandmother Vittoria takes care of the kitchen and the processing of farm products, using traditional culinary techniques passed down through generations. Our hospitality is aimed at those who seek authenticity, simplicity, and warmth.

Our properties are set in a pure and peaceful environment, far from traffic and urban noise. The Assi stream runs through our estate: here you can enjoy canyoning or simply let children play in its calm waters. Nearby, you’ll find ancient villages, seaside archaeological sites, monasteries, and castles perched on rocky peaks. For trekking enthusiasts, we recommend the trail to the Marmarico waterfalls or the megaliths of Nardodipace. Bikers will love the scenic winding roads that lead toward the sea. We are just 7 km from the beach of the Riace Bronzes and 10 minutes from the Serre Calabresi Natural Park. Close by are the towns of Stilo, Monasterace, Gerace, Soverato, and Squillace. Within two hours, you can reach Serra San Bruno, Tropea, Scilla, and Reggio Calabria.
