⚠️⚠️⚠️ We warmly encourage you to read the listing carefully so you know exactly what to expect: our studios are small, simple, and functional, ideal for guests looking for a practical base near the sea, without expecting luxury or large spaces. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Located just 400 meters from the public beach, our two independent studio apartments offer comfortable accommodation with free private parking and all the essential amenities for a relaxing seaside stay. Both studios feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and heating. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bed linens, personal towels, and bath towels. Wi-Fi is not available. The available units are: ◾ A third-floor studio (no elevator), equipped with one double bed and one single bed, a flat-screen TV, kitchen and dining area. ◾ A ground-floor studio, featuring one double bed, a private patio, kitchen and dining area. This unit does not have a TV, nor a bidet, but is equipped with a handheld bidet sprayer (visible in the photos). Within a 5-minute walk, through the charming Via del Borgo, you will reach the public beach, alongside an artisan ice cream shop and a bakery. Nearby Via Marixe hosts a fishmonger, a mini-market, a Despar grocery store, and just a bit further, a butcher shop. In the evening, the seafront promenade comes alive with a wide selection of seafood and meat restaurants, pizzerias, poké bars, and cozy places for aperitifs, catering to all tastes. 🕒 Check-in from 2:00 PM (early check-in available upon request), 🧳 Check-out strictly by 10:00 AM, to ensure the same high standard for every guest.
