Property information

Conveniently located in a building in the centre. The studios are furnished in a simple but functional way and have a balcony with sea view and air conditioning. They consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, large entrance hall with bunk bed and bathroom with shower cubicle. IMPORTANT Any costs expected on site (such as final cleaning, service flat rate, damage deposit, ...) are already included in the total but WILL NOT BE CHARGED directly to your credit card at the time of booking. In fact, they will have to be paid DIRECTLY ON SITE upon arrival at the facility. The property DOES NOT provide bedroom and bathroom linen, therefore it is mandatory to bring your own.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments are located in the center of the town of Rio Marina where it is possible to find every kind of service. The town's pebble beach is about 100 meters away. About 3 km away you can reach the Topinetti beach and nearby Cala Seregola and Ortano.
