This B&B offers a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool open from April 20 to September 30, a garden, three terraces, and an outdoor shower. The property, a nineteenth-century palmento surrounded by nature, is located just a short distance from Syracuse and the highway to eastern Sicily. Nearby, you will find a large sports center with padel, football, and tennis courts, an indoor pool, and a gym. Syracuse is only 3 km away. There are 15 parking spaces available. Families with children are welcome, and a crib can be provided upon request. There is a room accessible to guests with reduced mobility. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
