Duplex apartment on the edge of the historic center. Second floor (no elevator) of a small complex, including an exclusive parking space inside the courtyard. Well furnished and complete. Situated in an optimal position, it is in fact possible to reach both the center and the station on foot in about 20 minutes. It is located close to the route to the sea, reachable by bus or even by bike along the cycle path to Punta Marina! (about 8km). Air conditioner in the living area and portable upstairs. FOR QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, USE THE "PROPERTY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS" OPTION...the "REQUEST" option only allows me to accept or refuse the booking request! Thanks!
