With four floors at your disposal, including four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this residence is ideal for families and groups. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in front of two fireplaces, or in the billiard room. Whether you're looking for a retreat for a quiet vacation, a picturesque venue for unforgettable weddings, or an inspiring space for business engagements, our property is the perfect choice. The house accommodates up to ten guests and is spread over four floors. On the ground floor, there is a relaxation area with a pool table and a game corner. Moving to the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a professional oven, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. Adjacent to it, there's a spacious dining room with two tables and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for socializing. Additionally, there's a convenient half bathroom. On the second floor, three cozy bedrooms await you, along with a large lounge with a fireplace for evenings together. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, while the third is a quadruple room with a bunk bed and a single bed, which can be converted into a double bed. You'll also find two full bathrooms with showers for maximum convenience. Ascending to the third floor, you'll find two more connecting rooms, both with two single beds that can be pushed together to form double beds, along with a lovely terrace offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and hills. To ensure your comfort, the entire residence is equipped with a heating system. Please note that there is no elevator, but we'll be happy to assist you with your luggage upon arrival and departure.
