Plenty of Options for an Active Winter Holiday: The Alpe di Siusi / Val Gardena ski area (175 km of slopes) is the largest ski resort in the Dolomites. It can be reached by car in just 15 minutes or for free by bus from the apartment in 25 minutes. In addition to skiing and cross-country skiing, Alpe di Siusi also features exciting toboggan runs and a spectacular snow park. Europe’s largest mountain plateau is also perfect for extended winter and snowshoe hikes. The family-friendly Carezza ski resort, located at the foot of the Catinaccio, can be reached by car in about 30 minutes and offers breathtaking panoramic views.
