Complex of 5 apartments (4 two-room apartments and a three-room apartment) immersed in the greenery and surrounding nature, in Schiopparello, a town in the municipality of Portoferraio. It is located a few kilometers from the center of the capital and overlooks its Gulf, from which you can admire a spectacular view, surrounded by vineyards, with breathtaking sunsets, in a quiet and residential area. This town is mainly known for its beach, about 400 meters long, which is a combination of sand and colored pebbles, with traces of iron slag dating back to the Etruscan era (for more information link: spiaggia delle Prade). A junction location that will allow you to visit the various slopes in the surrounding area: from the Costa che Brilla, to the Costa dei Gabbiani, to that of the Golfo Stella up to the beaches of the Costa Bianca and Verde of Portoferraio. You will find 4 two-room apartments, all with 2/4 beds, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet and living room with sofa bed (only the Two-room Apartment No. 1 does not have a sofa but two single beds). Only one three-room apartment always with 3/4 beds but double bedroom (double and double with single pull-out bed).
