Nice renewed flat in the best area! Located in one of the best areas for us locals, directly in one of the nicest squares in Empoli: the central Piazza Matteotti, the "green garden". The flat is about 80 sq. m. with 2 rooms, and a kitchen-living room. Everything NEW! The house is big enough for until 6 people. Finished to renovated in July 2015, everything is new and at the top. We worked a lot to renovate it and now we are happy to share our "baby" with people from everywhere. There is an open living room-kitchen at the entrance with a comfortable sofa bed, a badroom very well renovated. Take a shower watching the famous river Arno. :-) Then there are 2 very big sleeping rooms: one with balcony and river view, and the other with the view on the green square Matteotti. The entire appartment will be at your disposal. My family and I will do the best to make your holiday or stay in Tuscany as best as possible. Please ask for the local tips. The area is very nice. The house has two sides, one directly to the nices square in Empoli and the other to the nice river Arno. Directly in the center. What are you looking more? You can reach the appartment easily by train, by car. 5-7 minutes walking from the train station. Empoli is really "the heart of Tuscany". In 30 minutes by train you will be in Florence, in 45 to Pisa, in 50 Lucca. In less than 30 min by car in San Gimignano and just 5 minutes to Vinci. Empoli has a plus than other cities don´t have: is not so turistical yet like other cities. For this reason here you will see the real Tuscany. Believe me, I use to travel quite a lot!
