Newly built apartment located on the ground floor of a mini condominium. The useful area is 40 sqm and consists of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with safe, a bathroom, outside space on the back and sea front. Located on the sea front, Pharmacy and Market services are 150 meters away. The marina is 300 meters away. Private parking in the apartment.artamento.
