Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). Bright newly built apartment surrounded by greenery located in Casarza Ligure just 10 minutes drive from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, for a relaxing holiday, ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. It has a POOL shared with other guests with crystal clear turquoise water perfect for both a swim and relaxing, with an adjacent paddling pool for the little ones. Private parking and WI-FI connection. Beautiful, carefully furnished apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa divided into three independent accommodations. The entrance leads directly to a bright living area, where you will find a kitchen, a sofa, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave oven, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. A maximum of 6 guests can stay in the apartment: in the first bedroom there is a comfortable and large queen size bed and in the second bedroom, in addition to a second queen size bed, a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom is welcoming and modern complete with bathroom fixtures and shower. Outside, the apartment has a swimming pool with crystal clear turquoise water and a cascading water feature, perfect for both a swim and relaxing, with an adjacent paddling pool for the little ones (3mx3m, 50cm high). The swimming pool is open from May to October, although opening and closing days may vary based on weather conditions. You can use the sun loungers and the outdoor shower with hot water. Also in the garden you will find a relaxation area, with a table and sofas and a barbecue area, where you can grill and eat in company. Free Wi-Fi and independent heating. The apartment has free private parking. Pets are allowed for a surcharge. ATTENTION: ALL external parts of the house are common areas, not for private use.
