Spacious and charming apartment in historic structure from the 1400s. It’s extremely cozy, located in the heart of the Village of Ostia Antica, it’s only 200 meters away from the archeological site of the Ruins of Ostia Antica. It’s a duplex fined decorated with original ancient ceiling. The view from the living room is amazing, it’s right in front the Giulio II Castle and the Sant’Aurea Cathedral from the 1483s. The train station is about 600 meters away, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the Ostia Lido station and the connection the beach. The Rome city center is 30/40 minutes away by train. Welcoming like an hotel but without losing the comfort of a home. Silence, tranquility and easy travel will make your stay a unique experience The front door is located on the street level in the pedestrian area of the Medieval Village. To access the apartment you need to climb a flight of stairs. Arranged on 2 levels. On the first level there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the dining room with panoramic view, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with the sofa bed and the second bathroom. On the second level (Attic) there is a second double bedroom and a living room. NOTE: the access the bedroom on the second level, you need to pass through the master bedroom on the first level. The bathrooms are both located on the first level, both with shower. The 2 doble beds are standard size, the sofa bed is 140 cm large, Baby cot available. Recommended for large families, groups of friends, couples

The village of Ostia Antica offers the sensation of going back through the centuries and enjoining the life of a small town without chaos and traffic, despite being just 15 km away to the center of Rome and 5 km from the Ostia Lido beach. The surrounding area, partly pedestrian, is characterized by the presence of many restaurants, bars and lovely eateries to taste typical dishes. There is a selection of ice cream shops, markets, fruit & vegetables shops, pharmacy, post office, ATMs and all the useful services to spend a worry-free stay. In a few steps, you can access the archeological site of the ancient ruins of Ostia Antica or the cycle path that crosses the green and evocative surrounding countryside and leads to the Tiber river.
