Complete and independent accommodation consisting of 1 bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette, quiet and charming, overlooking a tree-lined avenue and a road with little traffic. Wifi and Netflix available. A five minute walk from the Olympic Stadium. Five minutes from the Pala Alpitour. 3 minutes from the bus stop (n.10) which will take you downtown in less than a quarter of an hour.
The apartment is very cozy and intimate. 400 m from Pala Alpitour and 100 from Stadio Olimpico. The area around the building is very quiet, all basic necessities are easily available and the area is perfect for couples or families. Street parking can be found quite easily at all hours of the day.
