In a stately and well-kept setting, overlooking the south side, this cozy and sunny apartment of 68 sqm finished renovating in June 2023 will cradle you during your holidays. Located in a highly strategic position, this apartment allows you to reach the center in 10 minutes on foot, the beaches of La Maddalena or Caprera by car or bike.
I love traveling, enjoy every moment of my life, share the experiences with my family as much as possible. I always treat the rented apartments as if they were my own. I respect and I want to be respected. A trusted person will support you for any need, I'll be available by the phone.
Calm, well-kept environment, the buildings are part of a condominium. On foot: Within a radius of 100mt-300mt you will find bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, gastronomy and much more. You will be in 10 minutes walk in Piazza Umberto where the roundup of restaurants, bars and shops begins. By car, motorbike, bicycle: Caprera Island direction or La Maddalena tour is right below the apartment, it's up to you which site you want to reach.
