Wonderful apartment in a private residence a few steps from the sea, consisting of a living/dining room with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom, a large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Reserved parking space, condominium park, prestigious tourist area surrounded by greenery. Equipped with LED TV and air conditioning (in the living area). Complete kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. Electric kettle for tea/chamomile/herbal tea and espresso machine with Nespresso compatible capsules. Washing machine and iron. Bed linen/bath linen is not provided, in case of need we can indicate laundry that makes the weekly rental. Due to disrespectful guests, animals are not accepted.
My brother and I will be happy to welcome you, trying to make your stay pleasant. Our commitment will be to respond to your every need or signal, also taking advantage of criticism to improve the service. We are waiting for you at our house!
The sea is very close, just walk 400 meters on foot! If you love the mountains, just a few minutes drive you can reach the wonderful peaks and villages of Gran Sasso and Maiella! Near motorway, bathing beaches, multiplex cinemas, shopping centers, amusement parks and playgrounds for children, bus stop for Pescara (reachable in a few minutes).
