Casa di Giò è una piccola casa completa di ogni confort. La casa si trova a piano terra di una costruzione a torre del 1400 dove, ai piani superiori vivono l'host ed i suoi familiari.
L'intera casa torre ususfruisce di pannelli fotovoltaici per il consumo elettrico e di un pannello solare per l'acqua calda.
Il B&B è caratterizzato da un arredamento confortevole e semplice, il pavimento è di chianche originali, alle pareti sono presenti dei quadri e delle foto realizzate dallo stesso host che oltre ad essere fotografo per case Editrici è anche pittore.
Nel B&B si possono ammirare, su richiesta, tutta una serie di libri e di guide della Puglia e sulla Puglia le cui foto sono state realizzate dall'host Nicola e da suo figlio Giorgio, inoltre sono presenti all'interno del B&B anche lavori tessuti con telaio a mano da Daniela, moglie dell'host.
