Simple and comfortable rooms, with single or double beds, equipped with private bathroom, TV, wifi, air conditioning, forced air exchange h24. The area is well connected to Modena, Carpi and the northern Modena area and fair and industrial hubs in the surrounding area. Breakfast is served by the Host according to guests' needs. Parking is free inside the facility. The same is under video surveillance and alarmed 24/24 h. Possibility to park motorcycles and bicycles indoors. Possibility of free use of the laundry room inside the facility.
Stefania and Ennio welcome you. We will take care of your stay to make it as pleasant as possible.
The property is located in the town of Sorbara, where you will find pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets and various services within easy walking distance. A few kilometers away, there is the Ferrari museum and the Pavarotti museum. You can also easily reach the Lamborghini museum in less than 20 min.
