The rustic-style villa is spread over two floors, each with independent access. The ground floor features a 7 kg washing machine, one double bedroom with private bathroom, one triple bedroom, and one bathroom. The first floor, also accessible via an external staircase, features a bright and panoramic living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, and one bathroom. The villa is finely furnished in perfect rustic style, with stone walls and brick arches. The layout of the rooms respects the ancient tradition of the typical manor houses in the area. The host lives in a small annex next to the villa and is available to guests to suggest the most famous tourist itineraries, the best restaurants where you can savour local food and wines. The large surrounding garden with fruit trees frames the beautiful countryside and the characteristic Tuscan villages nearby. The private pool is cleaned every morning and is open from 8:00 a.m. The pool is open from April 23th to October 5th. The barbecue can only be used with charcoal. Heating and wood for the fireplace and stove are not included in the price, any use will be charged at checkout. Upon checkout, guests are asked to clean their dishes and not leave food scraps or trash scattered around the property. Guests are responsible for waste collection and disposal.
