「Loved the location of the property! In the front you have access to the sea and lots of places you can grab a quick bite. A quick busride and you’re in the city centre. The place itself is very nicely decorated with everything you will need....」
Fully furnished, about 30mq, located on the ground floor, in a safe and quiet position it's reached via a staircase from the promenade-pine forest and the cycle track. During spring/summer you can be confident with the door open that gives on the patio! 83 steps above sea level! The "price" for tranquility :-)
Facing the sea and pine forest at walking distance from Miramare Castle and the Victory Lighthouse. An ideal base for lovers of the sea, fishing, windsurfing, jogging and cycling.
A few meters from the bus stop line 6 and 36 that connect to the city center, in the summer also by boat "Delfino Verde".
