Cozy apartment located on the top floor of a residential building in the historic center of Castelnuovo. Magical location with stunning views of the old village on one side and the mountains on the other! Just 5 minutes walk from the free parking and the supermarket and 10 minutes from the bus stop and train station. Under the house parking for a fee for luggage unloading, info point with bike rental and free wi-fi. The appartament is equipped with every comfort. Splendid well-equipped built-in kitchen with new oven and dishwasher, WIFI, smart TV, iron and ironing board. Bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, washing machine and terrace useful for hanging out the laundry or enjoying a moment of relaxation with a view! In addition to bed linen, towels are provided. Two large double bedrooms finished with wooden parquet. Study room with sofa and desk on request and by paying a supplement it can be used as a single room.
