You can easily visit Portofino, the Cinque Terre, Genoa and other nearby towns such as Santa Margherita Ligure and Camogli. In the apartment you will have a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), and a living room with an open kitchen, dining table and a sofa bed with a mattress (120x190cm). The apartment is furnished with: fridge, dishwasher, toaster and nescafe machine, bathtub(shower only while seated), air conditioning, HD Smart TV , high speed Wi-Fi connection, washer and dryer and a small oven, in addition, of course, everything you need for cooking. The apartment has 5 windows so it will be easy, to open them, to have a quick and complete change of air. You will also find a couple of bookcases with tourist guides, travel and sea books and novels in Italian and some also in English :) The guests must be in possession of a valid identity document at the time of stay. Identity card or driving license for guests from the European community, and passport for guests from the rest of the world. It will be necessary to send a photo of the Id documents for verification and registration on the portal alloggiatiweb, required by law to all tourist facilities for its guests. Furthermore, according to the new municipal rules, each guest staying from 1 March to 31th December have to pay a tourist tax equivalent to 2.50 euros per person for each day from the 1st to the 10th day. The tourist tax must be paid before departure.
