About the property: beachfront apartment with amazing sea view from living room, bedroom and functional balconies, that also allow fresh sea breezes to flow through the space. The apartment is among the few to have been included by Airbnb, a major online travel agency, into these special categories: "AMAZING VIEW" and "BEACHFRONT". And it is among the very few in Otranto to have a second bathroom, very convenient in case of urgent needs at the same time ;-) It is quiet at night and it is possible to fall asleep with the sound of the sea waves. In summer, during the very most of the nights, it is comfortable to sleep with the window open (equipped with mosquito screen), so you can finally avoid AC thanks to the sea breeze. The apartment is just a 10 minutes amazing seaside walk to the city centre, but far from its noises. The facing stretch of coast, both sandy and rocky, is all swimmable and offers free beaches as well as 3 equipped ones. Parking for free in front of the house.

About the borough: the apartment is right in front of the sea, with stretches of free beach (both sandy and rocky) that alternate between three sandy equipped establishments. Right in front of the apartment, you can find both bars and restaurants facing the sea. On the panoramic seafront, reachable in a few minutes on foot, there are further bars, pizzerias and restaurants (both traditional cuisine and sushi and tapas), all with a wonderful view of the sea. Going inland, the neighborhood is also served by: three supermarkets (Conad, Eurospin and DOK), Bar Caprice renowned for its fried "calzoni" (a kind of fried pizza, both traditional and spicy), tobacconist, newsagent, clothing store, stationery shop, men's hairdresser and beauty center. The neighborhood is historically known as safe, so you can peacefully enjoy your stay in the apartment and your cars can be parked on the street without any worries. Parking is allowed and free of charge right in front of the main balcony and along some of the streets nearby. Alternatively, in front of the building there is also a large parking lot (at charge from April-October from 8am to 2am).
