The villa, equipped with all comforts and finely furnished, is on two floors: on the ground floor a large living area with TV and a comfortable sofa in typical Sardinian style, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Still on the ground floor, two large double bedrooms and a bright bathroom with shower. On the upper floor the 3rd comfortable bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower and window. The house is surrounded by a large veranda where you can have meals or simply relax on the sun beds to enjoy the nature of the park, the scent of the sea and the sound of the waves. The house, thanks to the large windows, is very fresh and ventilated even on the hottest summer days. Air conditioning in the living area, fans in each room as well as mosquito nets on the windows ensure the best comfort for our guest. Free Wi-Fi connection all over the house. The house can welcome up to 6 people. A baby bed is provided free of charge for guests with 2-years-old-children.

San Teodoro town center is just 800m away, easily reachable on foot. The Airport shuttle bus to Olbia as well as the Beach bus to the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and Salina Bamba, are right at the entrance of the Residence.
