Our property consists of two rooms with breakfast included and an independent apartment with a kitchenette. Notes for Your Stay Group Bookings: In the case of bookings made by groups, access to the apartment is not permitted for guests staying in the B&B rooms. Breakfast for the Apartment: If you are staying in the apartment and would like to enjoy our breakfast, please contact us in advance. In some cases, we may be able to add it to your stay. Access to the Apartment: The entrance to the apartment is through the private property of our neighbors, where a friendly and playful dog lives. Please keep this in mind if you have a fear of dogs. Rubia, our cat, also lives on the property. Parking: We have two private parking spaces available (or possibly three for small cars) in the parking lot across the street (the last two on the far right). We kindly ask you to always follow our parking instructions. If the spots are occupied, don't worry: just below the house, at the bus stop, you will find free street parking with a short footpath that leads directly to the property (50 m). Breakfast Hours: Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00. We ask you to agree on the time the day before. Check-in: As a small establishment without a 24-hour reception, please always inform us of your expected arrival time one day in advance. Check-in is normally possible between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, but we are available to arrange different times, if possible. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you!
